Return Policy:
TheIndianFoodStore strives to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. We do our
best to prevent damage from occurring, and to ship quality, fresh products.
However, damage does sometimes occur. Please contact us if this is the case
with your order.
TheIndianFoodStore accepts returns on most products within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unopened, unused, and in the condition that they were delivered
in order to receive proper credit. We do not accept returns of products after
14 days.
NOTE ON CHOCOLATES/TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE ITEMS – We do not issue refunds
or replacements for chocolates and other temperature sensitive items. We use
USPS Priority Mail to ensure the chocolates are delivered in a timely manner.
Normally, melting of chocolates occurs in the summer months. We do include ice packs free of charge during the summer, but we cannot guarantee melting will not happen (no one can!). If you would like
to avoid this, please give us a call at 713-995-0159 and we will do our best to offer you other
shipping options.
